- Turmeric trading range for the day is 7074-7702.
- Turmeric prices ended with losses due to expectation of arrivals of new season crop.
- Currently supplies from the new season turmeric have been lower during first 15 days of Jan at 5,405 tonnes compared to 6,586 tonnes last year, as per data.
- New crop supplies have started in the markets of Talengana, Maharashtra and other producing states.
- In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7650 Rupees remains unchanged at0 Rupees.
