EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX UPDATE OF TURMERIC 5 JUNE 2018

• Turmeric prices dropped tracking fall in demand from spot domestic market AMID increased arrivals from growing regions.
  
• However, this year turmeric output is stated to be lower as farmers planted the crop on less area as they suffered losses last year.
• NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 20 tonnes to 5791 tonnes.
• In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7277.8 Rupees dropped -32.2 Rupees.
