• Jeera prices dropped on improving areas in Gujarat and higher in Rajasthan.
• As per data release by Agriculture Department of Gujarat, area under cumin in the state is pegged at 306,389 ha.
• NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks dropped by 24 tonnes to 1430 tonnes.
• In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged up by 80 Rupees to end at 18730 Rupees per 100 kg.
