• Jeera trading range for the day is 15435-15885.
  
• Jeera gained on the back of increased buying as a result of lower output amid lower acreage in Gujarat.
• However, higher availability in the physical market and expectation of improved crop prospects keeping prices under control.
• Output is set to touch 4,16,000 tons for 2019, about 9% higher than the previous year, supported by a sharp jump in production in Rajasthan.
• In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged up by 140 Rupees to end at 15811.1 Rupees per 100 kg.
