Turmeric prices ended with losses due to good harvesting at the producing regions & it will continue till the month of March.
Though, some losses were capped on fresh buying due to good demand from traders at the spot market.
At Nizamabad market sources reported arrivals at 8000 quintals, up by 1000 quintals from previous day’s arrivals.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 8735.7 rupees dropped -32.95 rupees.
