Maize prices ended with losses tracking firmness in spot demand and overseas prices.
As per IBIS data, around 17369 MT was exported mainly to SriLanka for the month of January, higher by 11.51% as compared to last month.
In A.P, maize stock position could be around 47,000 MT which was around 40,000 MT during the corresponding period of last year.
In Nizamabad maize prices gained 0.55 rupee to end at 1455.55 rupees per 100 kg.
