Mustard seed prices ended with losses due to thin domestic demand.
Rajasthan scrapped a ceiling on the stocks of the oilseed that millers and stockists can hold but the measure failed to cheer markets.
Global exports for 2015/16 are forecast 130,000 tons higher this month to 13.5 mt, still below last year’s 15 mt.
In the Alwar spot market in Rajasthan the price dropped -131.8 rupee to 3710.5 rupees per 100kgs.
