Maize trading range for the day is 1520-1600.Maize dropped tracking weakness in overseas prices as improving weather in major Midwest growing areas increased expectations of ample production.In Karnataka, Maize has been sown in 10.12 lakh hectares as on 22nd July’16; which is higher than last year’s 7.65 lakh hectare. In A.P, maize is likely to trade steady in the near term.
