EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX UPDATE OF MAIZE 22 AUGUST 2016

Maize trading range for the day is 1494-1512. Maize prices ended with losses tracking weakness in spot demand and overseas prices. USDA rated 74 percent of the corn crop as in good-to-excellent condition, the same as a week ago and above last year's 69 percent. NCDEX accredited warehouses maize stocks dropped by 101 tonnes to 10710 tonnes. In Nizamabad maize spot prices gained 3.85 rupees to 1698.1 rupees per 100kgs.
