Maize trading range for the day is 1466-1496. Maize settled flat as prices pared gainstracking weakness in spot demand and overseas prices.In Telangana, it has been sown in 5.63 lakh hectare as on 19th August’ 16 which is higher than 3.95 lakh hectare. NCDEX accredited warehouses maize stocks gained by 96700 tonnes to 107442 tonnes. In Nizamabad maize spot prices gained 18.1 rupees to 1738.75 rupees per 100kgs.
