Turmeric trading range for the day is 6748-7064. Turmeric prices dropped on account of fall in physical demand at the spot market. In Telangana, as on August 31, acreage rose to 46,000 hectares as compared to 39,000 hectares last year. NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 239 tonnes to 7463 tonnes.
