Maize trading range for the day is 1351-1391. Maize prices dropped tracking weakness in spot demand on the expectation of new crop arrival. In Telangana, it has been sown in 5.85 lakh hectare which is higher than 4.22 lakh hectare covered during corresponding period last year. At Nizamabad market in Andhra Pradesh, sources reported arrivals at 5000 Qtl, up by 3000 Qtl from previous day’s arrivals.
