Turmeric trading range for the day is 6968-7192. Turmeric prices dropped on expectation of good crop this season due to increase in acreage. Pressure also seen on forecast of dry weather across turmeric growing states during the second half of October, which may be favorable for crop ripening. NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 115 tonnes to 5141 tonnes. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7590.75 rupees remains unchanged at0 rupees.
