EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX UPDATE OF TURMERIC 11 JANUARY 2017

Turmeric trading range for the day is 6460-6804. Turmeric prices ended with losses as new season turmeric crop has now entered into the markets in South India. Though, some losses were capped on anticipation of rising physical as well as export demand at the spot market. Spot turmeric prices remained static at Erode markets but the traders evinced interest in buying the root variety. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7339.05 rupees dropped -45.15 rupees.
