Maize trading range for the day is 1470-1484. Maize prices settled flat tracking weakness in spot demand and overseas prices. In India, maize has been sown in around 15.96 lakh hectares which is higher than 14.49 lakh hectare covered during corresponding period last year. At Khanna market in Punjab, sources reported arrivals at 1200 Quintal, higher by 150 Quintal from previous day’s arrivals. In Nizamabad maize spot prices remains unchanged at0 Rupees to 1500 Rupees per 100kgs.
