Turmeric prices gained due to lower production on account of adverse Monsoon in producing regions.
Turmeric sowing area reported high in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu state during the current sowing period.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 1339 tonnes to 13471 tonnes.
