Mustard seed prices gained due to improvement in demand and on supply worries.
Prices of the seed were supported as consumption of mustard oil increases during the festival months of Aug-Nov.
NCDEX accredited warehouses mustard seed stocks dropped by 221 tonnes to 62192 tonnes.
In the Alwar spot market in Rajasthan the price gained 23.95 rupee to 4465.35 rupees per 100kgs.
