Jeera prices dropped due to higher supplies from producing regions in the midst of decline in the export demand.
Though, some losses were limited by good demand at the spot market ahead of festival season.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks gained by 72 tonnes to 6047 tonnes.
In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged down by -2.1 rupees to end at 16703.35 rupee per 100 kg.
