Jeera prices ended with losses due to higher supply from the producing regions in the midst of decline in the export demand.
Further, timely sowing on favorable weather at the major producing regions of Gujarat and Rajasthan too fuelled the downtrend.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks dropped by 90 tonnes to 6595 tonnes.
In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera remains unchanged at0 rupees to end at 16200 rupee per 100 kg.
