Mentha oil spot at Sambhal closed at 1032.80 per 1kg. Spot prices is up by Rs.0.50/-.
Mentha oil prices gained driven by seasonal demand in the spot market.
Further, restricted supplies from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh and pick up in export enquiries also influenced mentha oil prices uptrend.
There are expectations of demand picking up in coming weeks as winter season demand starts on the export and domestic front.
