Turmeric prices ended with losses as arrivals are likely to gain momentum in the coming days due to anticipation of strong production in this year.
Persistent rains in south peninsula since last two weeks may damage turmeric crop in Tamilnadu and Karnataka.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 388 tonnes to 4705 tonnes.
