Maize trading range for the day is 1488-1534.
Maize settled flat on account of higher global supplies and weak offtakes from the local buyers.
India will soon ask state-run traders to import half a million tonnes of duty-free corn after a second straight drought cut output.
NCDEX accredited warehouses maize stocks gained by 303 tonnes to 21271 tonnes.
