Maize prices ended with losses tracking weakness in spot demand amid expectations for bumper South American production.
In Tamilnadu, maize has been sown in 1.8 lakh hectares higher by 0.10 lakh hectares than the corresponding period of last year.
NCDEX accredited warehouses maize stocks gained by 647 tonnes to 21867 tonnes.
