Turmeric prices ended with gains due to good upcountry demand at the spot market.
Around 1,500 bags of turmeric arrived, including few bags of new Mysore Number 8 variety finger turmeric.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 48 tonnes to 1654 tonnes.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 8710 rupees dropped -84.45 rupees.
