Cardamom trading range for the day is 1115.2-1156.2. Cardamom prices gained amid a surge in physical demand for cardamom in the domestic spot market. Delay crop by one month and lower production expectation also supported prices. As per estimate (First Advance) for 2016-17 Cardamom production likely to around 20,000 MT compared to last year 28,000 MT.
