Cotton trading range for the day is 19580-20020. Cotton prices gained due to rising demand from traders and stockists at the spot market. As per CAI data, for the year 2015-16, cotton crop was a tad higher at 337.75 lakh bales. Kharif cotton crop is likely to be at the same level as that of last year, the Cotton Association of India (CAI) said.
