Jeera dropped on late profit booking after gaining due to rising demand from stockists and traders at the spot market.
Prices also seen under pressure amid timely sowing due to favourable weather in the major growing regions of Gujarat and Rajasthan.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks dropped by 141 tonnes to 6580 tonnes.
