Turmeric prices dropped due to subdued demand from retailers and stockists coupled with adequate stocks position at the spot market.
Turmeric stocks are exhausting due to end of the season while new crop will start pouring in the market in Feb only.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 190 tonnes to 8250 tonnes.
