Turmeric prices ended with losses on late profit booking after prices gained supported by rising demand in the spot market.
Expectations of bumper crop this year due to good weather conditions across Gujarat and Rajasthan, capped some gains.
At Warangal market total arrivals are at 50 bags, down by 50 bags from previous day’s arrivals.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 8586.65 rupees gained 4.3 rupees.
